Painted Hand Casino offers a similar dining experience to most other SASK casinos. You can choose from a full restaurant called Legends, a Kookum’s Kitchen, and the Deli & Bar. Both Kookum’s and Deli & Bar are open until 2 AM, while Legends is open until 9 PM.

Legend’s boasts a typical casino menu but with a few unique twists, such as Eastern European Borscht and Asian BBQ Pork.

We found all three dining options were reasonably priced with even the biggest main meal costing between C$14 and C$19. Smaller bites found at Deli & Bar only cost a few dollars, but some of Kookum’s chicken buckets are a little pricey.

Painted Hand really leans into its First Nations roots. The décor makes you feel like you are sitting by the fire by the forest’s edge. You’ll notice loads of nods to the six member tribes such as various art pieces.
