Welcome Bonuses
Jackpot City provides several different welcome packages for new Canadian players. Each has a unique structure and different terms, so it’s important to review them carefully to see which one aligns with your style of play.
Offer 1: 100 free spins + up to C$1,600 deposit bonus
This offer starts with 100 free spins on your first deposit, followed by four separate deposit match bonuses.
- First deposit: Deposit C$10 or more to receive 100 free spins
- Second to fifth deposits: Receive a 100% match bonus up to C$400 on each of your next four deposits of C$10 or more
- Wagering requirement: 50x on all bonus funds
- Claim period: Must be claimed within 7 days of opening your account
- Maximum bet: C$8 per round and C$0.50 per line while a bonus is active
- Winnings cap: Winnings from the free spins are capped at 100 Casino Credits after the wagering is complete
While the C$1,600 bonus ceiling is high, the 50x wagering requirement is quite steep and makes it more challenging to convert the bonus to cash. The cap on free spin winnings is also a significant restriction to be aware of.
Offer 2: 2 minutes unlimited spins + up to C$1,620 welcome package
This package begins with a no deposit offer, followed by a five-part deposit bonus.
- On registration: Get 2 minutes of unlimited no deposit bonus spins
- First deposit: Deposit C$10 or more to receive a C$20 bonus
- Second to fifth deposits: Receive a 100% match bonus up to C$400 on each of your next four deposits of C$10 or more
- Wagering requirement: 35x on bonus funds and free spin winnings
- Claim period: Must be claimed within 7 days of opening your account
- Maximum bet: C$8 per round and C$0.50 per line while a bonus is active
- Winnings cap: Winnings from the no deposit spins are capped at C$20 (a C$10 deposit is required to release them). Total withdrawals for the entire offer are capped at 6x your first deposit amount
The 35x wagering is a clear improvement over the previous offer. However, the withdrawal cap of 6x your first deposit is a major drawback that severely limits your potential winnings from the entire package.
Offer 3: 150 free spins on 9 Masks of Fire + up to C$1,600
This welcome bonus focuses on a popular slot game for its initial free spins offer.
- First deposit: Deposit C$20 or more to receive 150 free spins on 9 Masks of Fire
- Second to fifth deposits: Receive a 100% match bonus up to C$400 on each of your next four deposits of C$20 or more
- Wagering requirement: 35x on bonus funds and free spin winnings
- Minimum deposit: C$20 for all parts of the offer
This offer combines a generous number of spins on a well-known game with a more player-friendly 35x wagering requirement. The minimum deposit is higher at C$20, but the absence of a stated withdrawal cap makes the terms more straightforward than the unlimited spins offer.
No Deposit Bonus & Free Spins
Jackpot City provides a unique no deposit offer as part of one of its welcome packages. Upon registration, new players can activate 2 minutes of unlimited bonus spins. You can play until the timer runs out and then register an account to save your winnings.
To claim any prize from these spins, a minimum deposit of C$10 is required. It is important to note that winnings from this no deposit offer are capped at C$20.
Additionally, the casino promotes its Mega Millionaire Wheel™, which gives you 10 free spins with your first C$10 deposit, and then 10 more spins every day thereafter that you make a qualifying deposit.
Promotions & Bonus Codes for Existing Players
Once you’ve played through your welcome bonus, Jackpot City has several other promotions to maintain value for existing players. These offers do not require bonus codes according to the provided information.

New players get a head start with 2,500 points on their first deposit of C$10 or more. The programme has six levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Privé. As you climb the levels, you can unlock extra point bonuses and other exclusive perks.

Expert Verdict
Jackpot City’s bonus offering is a mixed bag that requires careful consideration. The strength lies in the variety of welcome packages, allowing you to pick one that suits your budget and preferences. The offer with 150 free spins and 35x wagering strikes a good balance. However, players should be wary of restrictive terms on other offers, such as the high 50x wagering on one package and the very limiting 6x deposit withdrawal cap on another. While the 2-minute unlimited spins offer is an interesting no deposit hook, its C$20 win cap keeps it modest.
